General Enquiries

Dreamskape centres are conveniently located within shopping centres, with many easily accessible by train, tram, and bus.
For the most convenient route to your nearest Dreamskape centre, use Google Maps or your preferred navigation app to plan your journey.

Dreamskape centres are located within shopping centres with plenty of parking available.
Dreamskape Docklands: Located inside The District Docklands. The West Car Park is the closest parking option.
Dreamskape Knox: Located inside Westfield Knox, with parking available at the centre.
Dreamskape Southland: Located inside Westfield Southland, with parking available at the centre.
Parking availability and fees may vary, so we recommend checking the shopping centre's website before your visit.

Free security lockers are available at Dreamskape for storing smaller valuables.
However, we recommend leaving large bags and unnecessary items at home where possible. Please note that bags, food and drinks are not permitted on any of our rides.

Our venues have wheelchair access, but accessibility varies between activities. Many of our attractions involve physical activity and may not be suitable for all guests.
If you have specific accessibility requirements, we recommend contacting your chosen Dreamskape centre before your visit so our team can advise you on the available options.

Most types of footwear are suitable for our games, including thongs and flip-flops, as long as they are securely worn.
For safety reasons, guests cannot participate barefoot or wearing only socks. Dream Spartan is the exception, where footwear requirements may differ.

Dreamskape has attractions and experiences for a wide range of ages, with something for everyone.
We recommend checking the details of each ride or attraction before your visit to find the experiences that are best suited to you and your group.

No, after booking a ticket online, you should receive an e-ticket in your inbox. Just show the QR code to us, or tell us whose name the booking is under. We would be able to look it up upon your arrival.
Parties/Functions

Yes! Dreamskape currently offers two party packages at our Docklands location, as well as one party package at both our Knox and Southland locations. Our packages are designed to suit a variety of group sizes and occasions, making it easy to find an option that works best for your celebration.

Our maximum party capacity at Dreamskape Docklands is 40 guests at one time.
At our Knox and Southland locations, we can accommodate up to 20 guests per party.
Private venue hire may also be available for larger groups, provided we receive sufficient notice and availability permits. If you are looking to book for a larger group, please contact us directly at admin@dreamskape.com.au and our team will be happy to discuss your options.

When you arrive, please let our reception team know that you are attending a party. They will direct you to the allocated party area and introduce you to your party host.
Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may miss part of the scheduled activities.

The party organiser can arrive up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up.
All other guests should arrive at the allocated party area 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

A dedicated Dreamskape party host will be present throughout your party, except for Dream Coaster sessions.
For Dream Coaster, children under 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 or over. The accompanying adult will require a ticket.

Tap water is provided during the party.
You can also bring your own food or purchase our meal packs, which are available at selected Dreamskape centres.
For safety reasons, food cannot be heated or prepared on site. Portable stoves, chafing dishes and similar equipment are not permitted. Soups are also not permitted at our centres.

Our Party Manager will prepare a designated party plan to help ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Typically, 30 minutes of the party is allocated for food and celebration time, scheduled halfway through the party. For longer parties, game sessions may also be divided into two separate sessions to allow time for eating and other activities.

Yes. You are welcome to bring a birthday cake and light candles during your party.
Refrigeration is available at our centres for storing your cake while you enjoy the activities.
Please note that we do not provide candles. However, a cake knife is available to use upon request.

Yes. Non-participating friends and family may attend, provided they remain within the allocated party area.
Due to venue capacity limits, we ask that non-participating guests do not remain elsewhere in the venue.

Final guest numbers can be confirmed up to 7 days before your party.
On the day, you can add up to 4 additional guests and pay the difference at reception.
If you need to add more than 4 guests, please contact us at least 7 days before your party so we can make the necessary arrangements, particularly if meal packs are required.

Party cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
More than 14 days before the party: A cash refund will be provided.
7–14 days before the party: A credit will be issued for future use.
6 days before the party or after the party date: No refund will be provided.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in advance. Refunds and credits are subject to Dreamskape's applicable policies and consumer law.
About Your Tickets

We recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance to guarantee entry. Dreamskape operates with a limited capacity to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, so tickets may sell out on the day, particularly during peak periods. Ticket prices are the same whether you purchase online or as a walk-in at the venue.

Yes. Dreamskape Gift Cards can be used to purchase tickets either online or in person.

Tickets are available to book for the dates currently released on our online booking calendar.
Additional dates will be released over time, so if your preferred date is not yet available, please check back later.

Tickets can be purchased online through the Book Now button on our website.

Yes. Guests with a valid Companion Card can have their companion enter free of charge when accompanying them with a full-priced ticket.
Upon arrival, the companion will need to present their valid Companion Card to our reception team, who will provide the appropriate ticket.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to change the date of your ticket, please contact us by email or
phone before or on the original date of your visit. Date changes are subject to availability and our booking conditions

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for tickets purchased. However, you may change your booking date, subject to availability.
If you are unsure which date you would like to reschedule to, we can provide store credit instead, which you can use to re-book with us at a later date. Store credit is valid for up to three years.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept Dreamskape’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Entry as part of the booking process.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you are travelling and are unable to reschedule your booking, we can offer store credit instead.
Store credit can also be passed on to friends or family members who may be able to use it. Store credit is valid for up to three years.
School Program

Dreamskape School Program packages are primarily designed for recognised schools and educational institutions.
Eligibility may be verified through an official school email address, such as an @education.vic.gov.au address.
Teachers, educators and authorised school representatives can enquire and book on behalf of their students.

Dreamskape provides students with hands-on exposure to interactive technology in a supervised environment.
Our experiences encourage curiosity, problem-solving and teamwork while introducing students to areas such as digital technology, gaming systems and interactive equipment.

Students are divided into small groups of approximately 8–10 students, depending on the total group size.
Groups rotate through the scheduled activities under the guidance of Dreamskape staff. Teachers and accompanying staff are required to remain with their assigned groups to assist with supervision and student management.
Dreamskape staff will guide the activities and ensure equipment is used safely.

Yes. All participating students must have a completed general waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before attending the Dreamskape School Program.
Schools are responsible for distributing the waiver to parents or guardians and collecting the completed forms before the visit.
Dreamskape can provide the official PDF waiver for schools to distribute.

Yes. Educational groups, learning programs and other organisations can enquire about participating in a Dreamskape School Program.
Requests are assessed individually and are subject to availability, suitability and supervision requirements. Please contact us directly to discuss your group.
