Dreamskape is usually located inside shopping centres, which means they are very easily accessible by train and tram.
Visit Google Maps or any navigation app to start planning your trip today, from trains to buses and trams! They will show you how to visit a Dreamskape centre in the easiest and quickest way.

There’s plenty of carpark spaces in each of the shopping centres that Dreamskape centres are located in.
Dreamskape and Dreamrace Docklands are located inside The District Docklands, and the nearest car park would be the West Car Park.
Dreamskape Knox is located inside Westfield Knox, and Dreamskape Southland is located inside Westfield Southland.

There are some security lockers available for free, however we encourage guests to leave large bags and items at home. Please note that guests will not be allowed to bring in their bags, food and drinks on any rides.

There is wheelchair access to the grounds. However, most of our activities require physical activity. We would recommend calling the specific location you want to check with them regarding accessibility.

You can wear all kinds of footwear while playing our games, including thongs or flip flops, as long as they stay on!
We do not allow our guests to play the games barefeet or just socks (with the exception of Dream Spartan).

No, after booking a ticket online, you should receive an e-ticket in your inbox. Just show the QR code to us, or tell us whose name the booking is under. We would be able to look it up upon your arrival.
Parties/Functions

Yes, Dreamskape has various party packages available for you to choose from. To learn more, please select a location, and scroll to the part that has party packages. Otherwise, find the ‘Parties’ option on the drop down menu.

Our online booking portal will take up to 20 people. For bookings more than 20, please let us know via our email admin@dreamskape.com.au and we will help you make that booking!

When you arrive, let our staff know that you are here for a party! They will show you into the party where you will find the host of the party.
Guests that arrive late might miss some activities, so please arrive on time.

The hosts of the party are welcome to arrive from 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time to set up for the party. The rest of the party should head to the allocated space 5-10 minutes before your scheduled party start time.

We have a dedicated host who will be present throughout the duration of your party, with the exception of Dream Coaster.
If there are any children below 12 participating in the Dream Coaster, at least one adult who is 18 years or older should go with the kids. In this case, a ticket will be given to that accompanying adult.

Yes, tap water will be provided during the party. You’re also able to bring your own food, or oder from one of our meal packs available on each Dreamskape centre.
We only request that nothing is heated up on the spot (for example bringing your own portable stove, or chafing dish). Soups are also prohibited in all of our centes.

Guests will start with any rides available in the package, before starting the activties such as Dream Games or Dream Spartan.

Yes, and we have refrigirators to store your cakes while everyone is enjoying the activities.

Supervising friends/family can come, as long as they stay within the allocated party space.
Dreamskape has a restricted capacity for the safety and experience of our guests, which means there are not enough space for non-participants to linger and chat.

It’s okay not to know the final numbers until 7 days prior to the party. You can add-on up to 4 people on the day of the party, and pay the difference over the counter. However, any more than that should be known to us in advance for us to accommodate accordingly, especially if you have ordered meal packs from us and require additional packs.

Cancellations for party bookings are permitted under the following conditions:
More than 72 hours before the party:
A cash refund will be provided.Within 72 hours prior to the party:
A credit refund will be issued for future use.On the day of the party or after the party date:
No refund will be provided.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to review. Dreamskape reserves the right to make the final decision on all refunds and credits, in accordance with applicable policies and consumer laws.

You’ll be able to book your tickets in line with the dates that have been released and displayed in the calendar on the booking portal. This will be updated and extended over time as conditions change.

Yes, carers holding a valid Companion Card can enter for free when accompanying another individual with a full priced ticket. When you and your carer arrive at the reception, the carer will be provided with their ticket after presenting their Companion Card

We get it! Plans change!
All change of date to your tickets must be submitted to one our our contact emails. The change of date request must be submitted either on or before the original date of the visit.

Sorry, we do not offer refunds for tickets purchased, however, you may change the date subject to availability.
When you purchase a ticket, you accept Dreamskape’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Entry as part of the purchase process.
School Program

Dreamskape school program packages are primarily offered to recognised schools and educational institutions. One way we verify eligibility is through official school email domains (for example, @education.vic.gov.au).
Educators or authorised school representatives may enquire and book on behalf of their students.

Students engage with advanced interactive technologies in a supervised, hands-on environment. Through immersive experiences, they are exposed to high-tech equipment that encourages curiosity, problem-solving, teamwork, and interest in areas such as digital technology, gaming systems, and modern machinery.

Students will be organised into small groups of approximately 8–10 students, depending on total group size. Each group will rotate through activities under structured supervision.
Teachers and accompanying staff are required to stay with their assigned groups to assist with supervision and student management, while Dreamskape staff guide the experience and ensure equipment is used safely.

Yes. All participating students are required to have a signed general waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian prior to attending the Dreamskape school program.
Schools are responsible for distributing the waiver to parents and ensuring all signed forms are collected before the visit.
Dreamskape can provide the official PDF waiver for schools to send home with students.

All requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability, suitability, and supervision requirements.
